UPDATE ON CURRENT WATER OUTAGE

We are hoping to provide communication to you through this new website.

As of 11:00am March 13, 2024: This is for the patrons who have been affected by the broken line at 81 and Noble Rd and who have been without water now for several days. We have turned on the water slowly to the water lines that run on Noble Rd and north of Noble Rd along 81 highway. It is necessary to keep the water tower at around 80% in order to have sufficient pressure to get the water through the lines. Most of you do not yet have water, but a number of people closer to Noble Rd and 81 are getting water, so it is moving. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS IS A SLOW PROCESS but very necessary to keep the tower at least at 80%.

Please, please, please when you get water, use it sparingly and only for basic needs. Please do not flush your lines until we are able to get the water through to the ends of the lines so everyone can have water. Please contact other people on the water district (outside of this area) that you know and ask them to conserve water to help keep the tower full.

We appreciate your understanding and patience. We have never experienced a situation like this before and it has been a learning curve. I will add updates on the website as I have them every few hours and please share the website address - cloud1.krwa.net.
